Shipping Costs We provide free shipping if you purchase products above Rp. 1,000,000, - Order Confirmation After you confirm your order, we will immediately check your payment, if the payment has been validated, we will immediately prepare your order and carry out the shipping process. Product Quality Check Before the order is shipped, we will check the quality of the product first.

This aims to ensure that the product you receive is in good condition. Shipping After we receive order confirmation, validation of receipt of funds, and product quality checks, we will immediately ship your order. The time required for shipping is:

• Greater Jakarta Area: 2 – 5 working days
• Outside Greater Jakarta: 2 – 7 working days

We have collaborated with logistics that are ready to send orders to your location. Logistics that cooperate with us include: Check Shipping Status After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the order tracking number (tracking number).

Insurance
Shipping insurance The products we send will be covered by insurance at an additional cost of 0.5% of the total product price. Insurance is mandatory and we have accumulated the amount of insurance on the shipping price because we do not want to disappoint you with damage or loss of the product you purchased.

Suppose the product is damaged during the shipping process by the shipping company and is covered by insurance, we will replace it with a new one if the item is still available.

However, if the item is no longer available, we will help to apply for a refund to the shipping company. If not covered by insurance, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.

 
Guide in Receiving Product

• Be careful when unboxing your order package.
• We suggest you not use any sharp objects when opening your package.
• Record your unboxing process.
• Your unboxing video should start from uncovering the plastic packaging to letting out the product from the box. Make sure to show the product clearly and show that the product is working well. Please make sure the video is focused on the product being unboxed - that the video is not cut.
• Please refrain from trying out or wearing the product if you detect any defective qualities or parts.

• Once defective qualities or parts are detected, please contact The Watch Co. Customer Service team within 2 working days after the package is received.
• Share your unboxing video and photos of the product showing the defective qualities found, and hang tag/ barcode of the product when contacting The Watch Co. CS team to claim your return.
• Please make sure the unboxing video fits to the video criteria as mentioned in the Guide in Receiving Product. If not, your claim would be invalid.
• Please do not try out or wear the product if you find or detect any defective qualities or parts because your claim would be invalid.
• If any claim is not made within the latest 2 working days after the package is received, then the purchase is considered clear and done with no issue.
